Deletion of information you submit in response to a job posting

Data retention and security

We retain the information you provide to apply for jobs at Vinden.nl B.V. for as long as we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to contact you if we have a job opening that fits your qualification, or to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements) after which our service provider Homerun will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then they will securely store your information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
We take the security of your information seriously and use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage. We also limit access to information about you to employees who reasonably need access to it to provide products or services to you, or in order to do their jobs.
